Last updated: 18 October 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data
Kami Solutions Kft. is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice.
- Registered office: 2890 Tata, Szilágyi Erzsébet utca 75., Hungary
- Company registration number: 11 09 007020

For privacy questions or to exercise your data protection rights, email info@kamiaccounting.com.
2. What we process and why
Website delivery and security. When you visit the website, technical data is processed to deliver pages, maintain availability, investigate faults and protect against misuse. This includes your IP address, the requested page or asset, request time, browser and device information transmitted with the request, and response information such as status codes. Our hosting service may record this information in diagnostic and security logs.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Email enquiries. If you email us, we process your email address, any name or business details you provide, your message and attachments, and the correspondence needed to respond. We use this information to answer questions, discuss kami and handle agreed follow-up. Our contact links open your email application; this website does not have a contact form.
Where your enquiry concerns taking steps at your request towards a contract with you, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, including contact with someone representing a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing business communications under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without your contact details and enough information to understand your request.
Website analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to understand how people find and use the website and to improve its content. Analytics can include page addresses, referral and campaign information, pageviews, engagement and link interactions, browser and operating-system information, device type and approximate location. Requests to the analytics server also transmit an IP address and browser headers. Where this involves processing personal data, we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We operate our own Plausible instance, hosted in Hungary, at analytics.bszucs.com. Analytics are not used to build advertising profiles. We do not use the processing described in this notice to make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. Cookies and website assets
The website and its analytics integration do not set tracking cookies or store persistent visitor identifiers in your browser. Fonts, images, stylesheets and website scripts are served from our website; the analytics script is served from our own analytics instance.
4. Who receives data and where it is processed
Access within kami is limited to the people who need the information to operate the website, answer enquiries or handle privacy requests. We use these services:
- Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps hosts and delivers the website and processes the technical data needed to provide and secure that service.
- Apple iCloud+ Mail hosts
info@kamiaccounting.comand handles email content, attachments and delivery information when you correspond with us. - Our self-hosted Plausible instance in Hungary processes website analytics.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Our analytics instance is hosted in Hungary. Microsoft and Apple operate international services, so website delivery, email handling or support may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Microsoft's data-protection terms and Apple's privacy information describe their international-transfer safeguards, including European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. You can email us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data and how to obtain a copy.
Further information is available in the Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum and the Apple Privacy Policy.
5. How long we keep information
Retention depends on the purpose of the record:
- Enquiry correspondence: we keep information while an enquiry is being answered and any agreed follow-up is ongoing. When that work ends, we assess whether the correspondence is needed for an ongoing business relationship, a legal obligation or a specific legal claim. Information no longer needed for any of those purposes is deleted. If an enquiry becomes a customer relationship, relevant correspondence becomes part of the records for that relationship.
- Technical and security records: retention is determined by the diagnostic and security purpose of the record, the hosting service's logging and deletion arrangements, and whether a fault or security incident remains under investigation. Records needed for a specific incident or legal claim may be kept until that matter is resolved and any applicable legal retention requirement has ended.
- Analytics: we assess whether event-level information remains necessary for comparing website performance and understanding content usage. Information no longer needed for those purposes is deleted or reduced to statistics that no longer identify individuals. Genuinely anonymous statistics may be retained because they are no longer personal data.
6. Your rights and how to contact us
Depending on the circumstances, you have rights to access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict processing and receive portable data. Portability applies where the GDPR's conditions are met, including processing by automated means based on consent or a contract.
You may object at any time, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to processing based on our legitimate interests. We will stop that processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is needed for legal claims.
To make a request, email info@kamiaccounting.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If a request is complex or we receive several requests, the GDPR allows an extension of up to two further months; we will explain the extension within the first month. If a right does not apply or a request cannot be met, we will explain why and the remedies available to you.
7. Complaints
You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EU Member State where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. You do not have to contact us first.
The Hungarian supervisory authority is the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH). Its official website provides current contact details and information about making a complaint. You may also seek a judicial remedy.
8. Changes to this notice
We update this notice when our website or privacy practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where the law requires additional notification of a change, we will provide it.
